Trial & Billing, in plain English

The trial

• Every paid tier starts with a 7-day free trial with everything unlocked.
• Cancel inside the app any time before day 8 and you pay nothing — no email required, no phone call, no “retention specialist.”
• If you don’t cancel, your subscription starts automatically on day 8. We say this out loud because trials that hide it are gross.

Billing

• Monthly plans bill every month; annual plans bill once a year at ten times the monthly price (two months free).
• Billing is handled by Skool/Stripe. We never see your card number.
• Founding-member pricing stays locked for as long as your subscription stays active.

Cancellation

• Cancel anytime, in-app, in about two clicks. You keep access through the period you already paid for.
• No refunds on completed billing periods — the free trial exists so you never have to pay to find out if this is for you.
