What this is
Agents Who Book provides educational content for travel agents: courses, community, templates, and tools. Using this site or joining a membership means you agree to these terms.
Your membership
- Memberships are personal — one login, one human. Please don’t share accounts or redistribute course content; it’s how we keep prices at $29 instead of $7,000.
- Billing, trials, and cancellation are described plainly on the trial & billing page — that page is part of these terms.
- You can cancel anytime in-app. You keep access through the period you’ve paid for.
Content ownership
Course materials are ours (or licensed to us) and are for your own business use. Use the templates, scripts, and tools freely in YOUR travel business — that’s what they’re for. Reselling, republishing, or teaching our materials as your own course is not permitted.
Not professional advice
We teach from real experience, but nothing here is legal, tax, or financial advice. Rules on seller-of-travel registration, business licensing, and taxes vary by state and situation — confirm your specifics with a qualified professional.
No income promises
We make none. Travel-agent income varies enormously with time, effort, and market — see our honest numbers page for real industry survey data. Anyone guaranteeing you income is selling something.
Affiliate links
Some tools we recommend pay us a commission. We disclose this prominently — see the affiliate disclosure— and we only recommend tools we’d suggest anyway.
The boring-but-necessary part
The service is provided “as is”; we may update content and features over time. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA. If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest still applies.
